Do-It-Yourself (DIY) repayment platform for missed loan repayments.
Powered by
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), the Neo Collections
platform will provide a personalized and non-intrusive experience.
This
platform will analyse both historical as well as live customer contact data.
Cabinet
approves 'Mission Palm Oil'.
In order to
reduce the heavy dependence on the import of edible oils, the cabinet has
approved a new mission for palm oil.
It will be
known as "National Mission on Edible Oils - Oil Palm (NMEO-OP)".
It will have
a financial outlay of Rs 11,040 crore with special focus on the North East
region and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Palm oil
farmers will benefit immensely from this scheme.
Taliban
stopped exports, imports from India: FIEO
Federation
of Indian Export Organization (FIEO) has informed that Taliban has stopped all
imports and exports with India.
They have
stopped the movement of cargo through Pakistan's transit routes, which has
stopped exports, imports from the country.
India is not
only one of the largest trading partners of Afghanistan but is also making a
major investment in the country.
Indian
Cities Slip on Global Ranking Due to a drop
in major
residential property prices, Indian hubs, including Bengaluru, Delhi and
Mumbai, slipped in their rankings in a global list of cities prepared by a
consultant every quarter.
Bengaluru
fell from 40th position to 43rd position in the March quarter, according to a
list prepared by Knight Frank, due to a 2.7% drop in prices.
Mumbai's
ranking fell to 40th while Delhi was ranked 37th.
A
'mermaid' species of algae
A new
species of plant has been created in the Andaman Islands.
Indian
biologists discovered sea green algae during a visit to the island in 2019.
They
confirmed the discovery after a painstaking identification process of nearly
two years.
Researchers
from Punjab Central University have named this species Acetabularia jalkanyaki.
The name
"Jalkanyaka" in Sanskrit means mermaid or mermaid.
